Amy is a writer, teacher, mother, runner, and avid reader who is always five minutes late. She lives in San Diego with her family and her wonderful dog, Kelly.

She write short humor pieces about motherhood and life. When the mood strikes, she writes more serious essays and memoirs.

She is working HARD on finishing a memoir and has began work on two romance/uplit novels (isn’t it always fun to START a project?).
